Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Weathered Shed Marketplace! Because we offer a unique mix of shippable goods and large-scale furniture, our policies depend on the category of the item.
1. New Items (Shipped)
If your new item isn’t a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Returns are eligible for a "Full Refund Minus Original Shipping Fees" once inspected.
2. Pre-Loved Decor & Recycled Threads Items (Shipped)
All curated used, vintage, and "not new" items are sold "As-Is."
  • Final Sale: Due to the unique nature and history of these pieces, they are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds or store credit. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Furniture & Heavy or Oversized Items (In-Person & Cash Only)
Large furniture and heavy or oversized items are listed for browsing only and cannot be purchased through the online checkout.

  • Payment: We accept Cash Only at the time of pickup.
  • The "Right of Refusal": You have the right to inspect the item in person. If it does not meet your expectations, you may deny the product on the spot with no obligation to purchase.
  • Final Sale: Once the cash transaction is complete and the item leaves our premises, the sale is Final
4. Sale & Discounted Items
All items purchased at a discount or marked as "Clearance" are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Order number.
  • Description of the return item (if multiple items were purchased)
